Movellan sidearm Replicas
The Movellan's are an android race from the 4-X-Alpha-4 (star system).
They first appeared in the Fourth Doctor episode 'Destiny of the Daleks (1979)
The Movellan standard weapon is their sidearm, a small photon beam emitter which draws it's power direct from the Movellan holding it.
The Movellan sidearm focuses a stream of photons produced from a crystal and emitted into a bean of variable intensity from 'Kill' to 'Stun'.
The Movellan operator is shielded from this radiation by the hard casing of the sidearm.

These are created using the same tubing as the originals with laser cut parts and aluminium clips.
Powered by a 9V battery, the emitter lights up by squeezing a button on the grip inside the hand shield, this lights up the emitter and in dark surroundings projects the target area onto a wall.
